MSI Locations

MSI’s international headquarter is in Hong Kong, which coordinates and monitors projects with its regional centers in Australia, Britain, Canada, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and USA. MSI also has representative offices in Sichuan and Yunnan.

MSI-USA

MSI USA was started by Dr Reginald Tsang assisted by Shirley Sizemore and then Susan Han, based in Cincinnati. Senior Consultant is Dr. Eugene Choi, National Coordinator-designate and South is Dr. Tim Welty, Midwest representative is Edwin Zung, Southern California is Amy Fan, Northern California Dr David Yao, Boston Dr. Michael Ho, and Texas Dr. Josephine Chang. Operation Eyesight Director is Dr. George Chin based in Seattle. The major focus of MSI US is on Yunnan, Chongqing and Guangdong.

MSI UK was started by Dr Arthur Wyatt; the first National Coordinator is Andy Stevens, based in London. The major focus is on medical and English teaching, especially in the Chongqing-Fengdu area.
